How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → GymBudo, then choose a different plan or tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
I paid but GymBudo Pro or Max isn't unlocked.
Make sure you're signed in to GymBudo with the same account you used when you subscribed, then open the subscription screen and tap Restore purchases. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the email you use in GymBudo and we'll sort it out.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account?
In GymBudo open Profile → Log Out → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all its data — workouts, plan, nutrition and settings — on your phone and on our server. Deleting the account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in your iPhone settings as shown above. Can't open the app? Email us from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you.
What's the difference between GymBudo Pro and Max?
Training, cardio, nutrition logging and cycle tracking are free. Pro (yearly) adds Budo, the AI coach: 20 messages and 3 meal photos a day. Max (monthly or yearly) gives 50 messages and 6 meal photos a day, plus weekly AI reports you can share as a Story or save as a PDF. Daily limits reset at midnight in your time zone.
Is my data private?
We only use your data to run GymBudo, and we never sell it. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Is GymBudo medical advice?
No. GymBudo gives general fitness guidance and isn't medical advice. Cycle tracking is not a method of contraception. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program.
